EXTRA EXTRA!

Couple of things to report:

-Because I cut my hair short I am now a lesbian, according to popular sociological theory.
-Wil Wheaton is leading in the popular vote for governorship of California.
-My cat enjoys biting my foot.
-I will be taking my computer off line to ship it to Saint Lou later this week, possibly tomorrow. So I don’t know if I will be updating much till next Monday.
-Shea & Shea is funny for only one reason.
-Megatokyo archives take forever to read, and are too disjointed for my tastes.
-There are four Romulan warbirds off the port bow Captain!
-I hate Cosmic Rift with every fiber of my being, and most of the fibers in at least four other people.
-It’s too hot, someone open a damn window or something.

That is all.

We are lazy

Ok, sorry for the recent lack of updates. I know, we are lazy. But at least Ian is being productive and working on lots of happy comics for all you peoples. I however am just a slacker. Actually, I've just not been online much in this last week since its my last chance to hang out with everybody here. And on top of that my band has a concert coming up on Friday so I've been preparing for that. So between all of that I'm afraid I've been a little lax in my updating schedule. Things will turn around once I get to school though, promise! Hopefully I'll have wireless internet so I'll always be connected and scouring the web for cool information to pass on to you. That is if I can scrounge enough money together to buy a wireless card... Stupid guitar pedal. Not that it wasn't worth it though. I can get any sound I can imagine out of this thing. It would be faster to list the sounds I couldn't produce, which as far as I can tell are limited to elephant noises and maracas. Ok, now I must sleep. Still got some last touches to put on with the painting tomorrow, so I have to be up bright and early. Ok, thats it for now. Out.

I am the walrus

Oi
So seven pages of Masks drawn as of now. I project about 30 pages total. The drawing is, of course, the most intensive aspect of the project, so once I am finished with all that (in about 2 weeks at present rate) it shouldn’t take long to finish the rest of the story. Look for it in about a month I would think.
I have another idea bouncing around in my head that I have started preliminary sketches on. Won’t see the light of day for a few years though, because after Masks comes Winter Days (or whatever I choose to call it). And perhaps after Winter I will finish Amphetamine. But I KNOW I want to do this new idea I have had. To me, at least, it is very powerful. Probably better to actually get some experience under my belt first though. ^_^
Sigh, I just want to finish something. Anything. I need to prove to myself I can actually survive in the comic/animation business. I really really want to, but up till now I have never had the dedication or work ethic to actually accomplish anything. But I have kept this site updating everyday, and I have drawn a lot for both Masks and Winter Days lately, so perhaps things are looking up? I know I can do it. I know I can. And this time I won’t let myself down.
Anyway, off to watch Waterworld again. Majorino Tina san kawaii desu ne~!
(edit: Well the pictures on the site are broken again, but I am too lazy to fix them now. Seeing as approximately -4.71 people read this site, I feel pretty safe just waiting until I get to school later in the week. /edit)

Sooooo poor.

Ahh, I see the images are back up. We apologize for the problems we've been having. Thats what you get when you don't have a real webhosting. (We're working on that) Ok, I should not be allowed to be in charge of my own finances. I just spend uber-cash on an admittedly very sweet digitech guitar pedal, but now I have like no moneys. Once I buy books I will literally have none. Sigh, damn the half-off sales and their allure. Ok, have to get up in 5 hours, so bed time for me. More later. Out.

Ten Minutes to Downtown

I have been very productive the last few days, I am so proud of myself. I drew three pages of Masks, did some character design stuff for both Winter Days and Masks, and (hopefully) fixed many of the issues plaguing this site. I also have been doing lots of work here and there to try and get enough moneys for my baby.
I think I am just trying to keep my mind off the waiting. I want to be back at school very badly, back into the mix as it were. I feel very stagnant here. I suppose a week is not to long to wait though. And its getting so close that I am actually starting to become a little bit scared. Heh, gonna have to walk the walk, rather than just talk incessantly, which was my plan up till now.
I feel a little bit like my writing skillz have hit a pretty bad slump. I haven’t been able to make any progress with any of my scripts I have been working on, and I feel as though I haven’t been able to post anything worth reading here in a long time. So, uh, sorry? Hopefully things will pick up when I return to school, when I will actually have interesting things to write about.
Oh, I met Wil Wheaton the other day; I really should tell you guys about that. Maybe later.
Now I am off to split more firewood, I hate living in the boonies.
Out.
